Why This Matters

The Value of a Well-Kept Household Record

Organised households reduce stress, save time, and help families avoid the confusion that arises when records are missing or scattered.

Structured Knowledge

Our reading programmes draw from published estate management literature, translated into practical steps that suit everyday household life in Bangkok.

Family-Centred Approach

The workshop format is built for multi-generational households where coordination across age groups and languages matters.

No Overreach

We are educators, not advisors. Where a regulated professional is needed, we say so clearly and step back.

Located in Bangkok

Sessions are run from Sukhumvit Soi 24, accessible by BTS and familiar to Bangkok's international and local resident community alike.

Tactful, Calm Language

Estate topics can feel uncomfortable. Our written and spoken materials take a measured, informational tone without alarm or urgency.

Ongoing Learning

The membership option gives you access to a rolling body of reading material rather than a single event, supporting steady learning over the course of a year.

Common Questions

Questions About Our Programmes

Straightforward answers about what we offer and how it works.

What exactly is the Household Inventory Course? +
It is a self-paced reading course covering the practice of writing and maintaining a household inventory — the list of significant goods in a home, how they are described, how photographs are used alongside written records, and how to store those records so they remain findable over time. It is not a legal service. It does not prepare a will or any regulated document.
Who is the multi-generational workshop intended for? +
Households where parents, children, or grandparents live under one roof — or share responsibility for a single property — tend to find the workshop most directly relevant. It is a two-day in-person session covering how to coordinate record-keeping across people with different habits and schedules.
Where are the sessions held? +
All in-person sessions are held at our Bangkok premises at 134 Sukhumvit Soi 24, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei. It is a short walk from BTS Phrom Phong. Reading course materials can be used at home.
Does the membership include individualised advice? +
No. The Annual Estate Concepts Reading Membership is an educational resource. The monthly mailings and group sessions cover estate topics as they appear in published cultural and historical texts. Nothing in the membership constitutes advice tailored to a member's personal situation. Where individual professional guidance is needed, members are directed to consult a regulated practitioner.
What is included in the annual membership price? +
The ฿24,500 annual fee covers twelve monthly reading mailings and access to two seasonal half-day group reading sessions in Bangkok. Sessions are typically held in April and October. All printed materials are included. There are no additional charges for standard participation.
How do I enrol or request more information? +
Use the contact form on this page or call us directly at +66 2 736 5184. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. We respond to all written enquiries within two working days.
Is the content available in Thai? +
Our current programmes are delivered in English. Selected reading materials carry Thai glossaries. We are developing a Thai-language edition of the Household Inventory Course and expect to make it available during the second half of 2025.
