How We Approach Estate Education
Reading-Based Learning
All programmes use published literature as their foundation. We assign, discuss, and annotate real texts — not presentation slides.
Hands-On Application
Reading is paired with exercises. Participants complete actual inventory categories, filing structures, and coordination plans during or between sessions.
Scope Clarity Throughout
Where a topic moves into legal or regulated territory, we say so clearly and refer participants to the appropriate professional category.
Programme 01
Household Inventory Course
A self-paced reading course on the long-standing household practice of maintaining a written inventory. Covers categories of goods, simple description formats, the use of photographs as supporting records, and storage habits suited to Bangkok's climate. The course is procedural and informational; it is not a substitute for engaging a regulated professional where one is needed.
- Good household inventory categories and their practical scope
- Simple, consistent description methods that remain usable over time
- How to use photographs alongside written records effectively
- Storage approaches suited to Bangkok's tropical humidity
How It Works
Receive printed course workbook and reading list by post or collection from our Sukhumvit Soi 24 premises.
Work through six structured reading units at your own pace, completing inventory exercises within each unit.
Submit written exercises for review; receive written feedback within two weeks.
Programme Fee
฿3,800
Inclusive of all printed materials
Programme 02
Multi-Generational Document Organisation Workshop
A two-day in-person workshop for families with multiple generations under one roof, focused on how to coordinate the storage of household and personal records so that no single person carries the full administrative weight. The workshop is operational and procedural — it teaches organisation, not legal content.
- Shared record-keeping systems that work across different household members
- Coordinated physical and digital filing approaches
- Methods for distributing administrative responsibility within a family
- Practical exercises completed with actual household members present
Workshop Structure
Day one: shared inventory framework; each household maps its current record landscape.
Day one afternoon: coordination models — how to assign roles and access without creating single points of failure.
Day two: implementation planning; each family leaves with a written coordination protocol for their household.
Programme Fee
฿12,500
For up to 3 household members; materials included
Programme 03
Annual Estate Concepts Reading Membership
A yearly membership with monthly reading mailings on estate concepts as treated in published cultural and historical material. Members also receive access to two seasonal half-day group reading sessions in Bangkok. The membership is educational; nothing within it constitutes individualised professional advice.
- Twelve monthly printed mailings covering diverse estate topics
- Two seasonal half-day group sessions in Bangkok (typically April and October)
- Access to Estatewise's annotated reading archive for the membership year
- Suitable for alumni of our courses seeking continued engagement

Two in-person sessions each year for group reading and discussion; attendance is optional but encouraged.
