1. Agreement to These Terms
By visiting this website or enrolling in any service offered by Estatewise, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and enrolled participants. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or enrol in our services.
These terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute arising from use of this website or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
2. Description of Services
Household Inventory Course — ฿3,800
A self-paced reading course on the practice of maintaining a written household inventory. Content covers categorisation, simple description formats, photographic records, and storage practices suited to the Thai climate. This course is procedural and informational in nature. Completion does not confer a professional qualification.
Multi-Generational Document Organisation Workshop — ฿12,500
A two-day in-person workshop for multi-generational households, covering the coordination of household and personal record storage. The workshop is operational and organisational — it does not cover legal content or provide professional advice. Attendance is in-person at our Bangkok premises unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Annual Estate Concepts Reading Membership — ฿24,500/year
A twelve-month membership providing monthly reading mailings on estate concepts drawn from published cultural and historical material, as well as access to two seasonal half-day reading sessions held in Bangkok. The membership is educational; content is curated from publicly available sources and does not constitute individualised professional guidance.
3. Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment in any service is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes will not affect confirmed enrolments.
Payment methods accepted are stated at the point of enrolment. We do not store payment card details on our own systems. All payment processing is handled by our contracted payment provider under their own terms and security standards.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Household Inventory Course
Access is activated upon payment. As course materials are delivered digitally and access begins immediately, cancellation requests made after materials have been accessed cannot result in a refund. Requests made before materials are accessed will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Workshop
Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled workshop date may be eligible for a transfer to a future session. Cancellations within 14 days of the workshop are not eligible for transfer or credit, except where the cancellation is due to a verifiable medical emergency. Estatewise reserves the right to reschedule a workshop with at least 7 days notice; enrolled participants will be offered a transfer to the rescheduled date or a credit toward a future session.
Annual Membership
Memberships are billed annually. Requests to cancel a membership within the first 30 days, before any reading materials have been dispatched, will be reviewed individually. After that period, memberships run to the end of the annual term and are not subject to partial-year credits.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content produced by Estatewise — including course materials, workshop workbooks, membership mailings, website copy, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Estatewise and is protected under Thai and international copyright law.
Enrolled participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use course and membership materials for their own private, non-commercial household purposes. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without prior written permission from Estatewise.
6. Limitation of Liability
Estatewise provides educational content and organisational frameworks. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or estate planning advice, and nothing in our services should be understood as such. Outcomes from applying the organisational practices taught in our services will vary depending on individual household circumstances.
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Estatewise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in our services or use of our website. Our total liability to any participant in connection with a service shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for that service.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants in our workshops and reading sessions are expected to engage respectfully with staff and other participants. Estatewise reserves the right to remove any participant from a session, without refund, where their conduct is disruptive or inappropriate. Written course and membership materials may not be shared with individuals who are not enrolled.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. While we take care to keep content current and accurate, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or up to date at all times. We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time without notice.
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the reputation or operations of Estatewise.
9. Privacy
The collection and use of personal information by Estatewise is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using this website or enrolling in a service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revision date above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of our website or services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
